FIRST TIME SCHEDULING ONLINE: The online scheduler requires first time users to register with the FullSlate site and confirm the email address. Locate the email (sometimes shows up in Spam or on "Promotions" tab in GMAIL) asking you to confirm your first appointment. Open the email and click the link to complete your scheduling. You will then receive an email confirming your appointment has been scheduled.

Payment in advance:
It is not required to pay for your session in advance. If you prefer to, then look for the link to PayPal that appears immediately following the online scheduling of your session. Or, call 303.963.5900 and leave a message with your intent and we will call you back to gather your details.
First time clients:
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete the intake form. Or, if you would like to complete the Intake Form prior to your initial appointment and bring it with you, please click here.
